We will then contact you by telephone to confirm the availability of your lodge/s, and obtain your credit or debit card details. An Initial Payment of £100 for each £500 (or less) of the rental cost per lodge of your booking is payable when booking. Your confirmation will be sent by post or email.

The balance will be debited from your credit or debit card six weeks before your arrival. For bookings made within six weeks of arrival, the full amount will be debited immediately.
