larger groups
The two lodges are adjacent - one
behind the other - so they work perfectly for larger groups.
Being spread across two lodges gives larger family
groups plenty of flexibility and independence. If you wish to do so
however, by using the balcony tables, it is possible for all the
group to eat together in the same lodge.
Total sleeping capacity across the two lodges is 16
(four double rooms plus 8 single beds). For activity groups not wishing
to share double beds, total capacity is 12 people.
A discount is applied when the two lodges are booked
together. |

family holidays
What the lodges are perfectly designed for. With two
double bedrooms and a further four single beds on the open plan first
floor, there is ample of room for one large or two smaller families.
Its about 10 minutes walk to the beach, or you can
take your stuff in the car and park in the adjacent (and cheap) car
park. There's lots to do a little further afield, such as at Mabie Farm
Park or the area's ice cream farms. And of course you have free use of
the onsite swimming pool.
There is a cot and high chair for use in each lodge,
also a stairgate for the top of the stairs. |

couples' hideaway
They may be a spacious lodges,
but if you don't use the upstairs they become ideal and cosy retreats
for two.
Maybe a morning walk along the coastal footpath, with
a relaxing lunch on your lodge's south facing balcony. If you don't
fancy an afternoon on the beach, explore some of Dumfries and Galloway's
historic abbeys or art centres. In the evening, watch the sun go down
from the balcony, or try one of the range of onsite or nearby
restaurants .
Reduced prices apply when a lodge is booked for a
couple. |
